HOW TO ATTACH TOU YOUR PROFILE
1. Go to a on-line photo image place i used
www.photobucket.com
3. Save image to Photobucket
4. Once saved you will see three boxes with text under the saved picture

Tag
Img
You want to copy the "img" text
5. log into the forum then and paste the img tag on to the end of you post
And that is it Photobucket automatically resizes the picture so that it is not really big
